We use USPS/ UPA, DHL, OSM to deliver the product.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the event that your package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been successfully delivered.

 CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@thegloceo.shop


Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours. For this, it will be sufficient only if the product is not delivered to the cargo companies.

You have created your order but you have changed your decision for a short time or things didn't go as planned, all you need to do is to contact us and make an "Order Cancellation Request". We will cancel your order and refund the relevant order amount to you.
